2. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Withdrawals: Before you can make your first withdrawal, you must complete our identity verification (KYC) process. This is a security measure to protect your money and prevent fraud. Withdrawal processing times can vary depending on the method used.

3. Placing a Bet (Your Parimatch Bet)

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not official until it is confirmed and appears in your "My Bets" history. Once a parimatch bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled by you.
• Odds Changes: The odds for live cricket betting can change very quickly. The odds for your bet are fixed at the moment it is confirmed.
• Void Bets: If a match or event is canceled or postponed, bets on that event will be made void, and your stake will be returned to your account.
